2020/10/06: Whitepaper on Bacterial Vaginosis & microbiome
6 October – Whitepaper on KMINE’s power to predict clinical results, to uncover new insights and reveal modes of actions
Proud to present my whitepaper entitled Bacterial Vaginosis & microbiome: predicting clinical outcomes and uncovering new relations with KMINE text mining. It presents the hands on use of KMINE by accessing our KMAP platform to generate highly accurate predictions of species that are clinically associated with Bacterial Vaginosis (Ceccarani et. al. (2019)) as well as new insights coming from this trial including modes of actions. The displayed results of this whitepaper were generated in a mere 2 hours! The generated table contains hyperlinks to the relevant abstracts on the TenWise server.
